BKD Expands in Arkansas: National Accounting Firm Opens Office in Northwest Area of State
ROGERS, ARK. – Neal Spencer, BKD, LLP chief executive officer, and Steven Warren, BKD regional managing partner, announce members of the Rogers, Arkansas-based firm Lundy Allard & Co., PLLC, are joining BKD.
Effective this month, Mark Lundy, a CPA and partner of the Lundy Allard firm, along with three CPAs and 10 staff join BKD, one of the 10 largest CPA and advisory firms in the United States. Lundy and his team bring approximately $1.2 million in revenue, as well as focused expertise in tax and audit, particularly with clients in manufacturing, distribution, not-for-profit and government.
This transaction will allow BKD, which also has Arkansas offices in Fort Smith, Little Rock and Pine Bluff, to continue to meet the expanding service requirements of northwest Arkansas. BKD is a national firm with headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. Recently ranked one of the “Best Firms To Work For” in Accounting Today, BKD has 31 offices in 12 states and more than 2,000 personnel, including approximately 250 partners. The firm provides consulting, tax, assurance, accounting outsourcing, information technology, investment advisory and corporate finance services, as well as specialized consulting for health care, financial institutions, manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate, and not-for-profit and government industries.
