Praxity’s

Praxity’s member firm SET Revisionsbyra reported revenues of SEK262.3 million.  Managing Director Lars-Ake Andreasson says: “The Praxity organisation in Sweden was only established some time in April or May 2007.  Formerly, this organisation has not been in the market, so it must be considered that figures are representative of less than one year.  With that in mind, I think it’s been a good start from a Swedish point of view.  We have established a lot of new contacts and we have been working with some international tenders together with our alliance firms in other countries.”

Unlike a lot of other Praxity participants that are internationally established, SET Revisionsbyra was not a member of the former network Moores Rowland International but did have a close relationship with Mazars, another Praxity participant.  SET Revisionsbyra felt that joining Praxity would provide the firm with the right level of international representation.  Andreasson says: “Our knowledge of the Praxity Global Alliance is that is has much international experience.  Through Praxity, we aimed to get more referrals and more technical experience as well.  But of course there is still room for improvement, as is (the case) with any newly established company.  The big challenge for the whole organisation is to get the Praxity name better known amongst our clients and other business partners.
