Praxity – the world’s largest alliance of independent accountancy firms – has been named Association of the Year 2019 at The Accountant and International Accounting Bulletin Awards, which marks its sixth triumph at the annual ceremony.
Twelve years after its foundation, this prestigious award reaffirms Praxity’s position as the number one alliance for independent accounting and consulting firms. It’s the fourth time Praxity has won this award, with previous victories in 2014, 2016 and 2017.
The judging panel praised Praxity for the continued growth of the Member Firms within the Alliance and the ongoing collaboration between them.
Graeme Gordon, Praxity’s executive director, is delighted with the award. “We are honoured and humbled to receive this award for the fourth time in six years. It is a testament to the hard work of the Praxity staff, and all the partners and staff within the Alliance.”
Praxity was also shortlisted again for Communication Campaign of the Year, which it won previously in 2018, acknowledging the consistent quality of its ongoing programme of Member Firm and client-focused support, and influential, thought-leading content.
Praxity participant firms hit US$5.80bn in combined global revenue in 2018. The firms share their combined expertise from strategic locations around the world, creating highly-customised business solutions and providing specialist regional knowledge in over 110 countries.
