Go, Go Grow - Singapore 2024

Having drawn to a close, the Praxity Global Leadership Conference came to Singapore for 2024. Hosted in spectacular surroundings at the Pan-Pacific Hotel, this year’s theme of Go, Go GROW explored growth opportunities in all areas of operation; where to find them, how to identify them, and how to make them happen.
With the Asia-Pacific offices of SW and FORVIS Mazars acting as hosts, and delegates from all over the world, this was truly a global conference, with an appropriately global outlook.
From Professor Jochen Wirtz’s insightful talk on navigating change and Moores Rowland Indonesia CEO James Kallman’s talk about tackling modern slavery, to the lavish closing dinner at famed Italian restaurant Lavo, the programme was truly fitting for the largest alliance in the world.
The conference theme Go, Go GROW covered growth opportunities in every aspect of operation; from succession planning and leadership to technology and ESG, finding the business case for both change and continuity. A complex theme at any time, recent changes in the operating environment make both agility and imagination key to success. The Praxity Alliance looked back on a year where it became the first alliance with a formal commitment charter, as well as the first to incorporate CX strategy Alliance-wide.
The Praxity AGM too took place at the conference, offering members the opportunity to guide Alliance strategy and direction. Delegates offered their insights and thoughts, reminding the Alliance that Praxity is, as ever, about the people.
The Praxity Charter
As part of the board’s communication strategy, in 2023 Praxity created a written commitment charter, unveiled in front of Alliance members at the Global Leadership Conference in Rome.
