Praxity is delighted to announce the addition of Candal Advisors, an independent tax, accounting and advisory firm with a strong track record in cross-border tax across Latin America, Spain and the United States.
Headquartered in Caracas, with offices in Madrid and South Florida, Candal Advisors has spent more than 20 years helping multinational corporations and high-net-worth families navigate one of Latin America's most complex tax environments. Founded by a former Big Four international tax and transfer pricing partner, the firm specialises in Venezuelan and international tax, transfer pricing and multi-jurisdictional compliance. It is ranked Tier 2 by ITR World Tax and nominated for the 2026 Americas Tax Awards in Transfer Pricing.
"Praxity's reach across more than 120 countries, and particularly its strong presence throughout Latin America, made it the right fit for our practice. Firms like Kaufman Rossin, who referred us, gave us first-hand confidence in the calibre of the members and how they collaborate. The breadth of services across the Alliance and its reputation in the market confirmed this was the platform we wanted to join.
"For our clients, it means we can coordinate tax and compliance work across dozens of countries through people we know and trust, rather than a referral directory. It also opens access for our team to working groups and technical resources that genuinely make us better at what we do. Praxity is the right platform to grow our cross-border practice without giving up who we are."
Samantha Louis, CEO of Praxity, welcomes Tell to the Alliance:
"Candal Advisors brings exactly the kind of specialist, cross-border expertise our members and their clients increasingly need. Their depth in international tax structuring and transfer pricing, combined with on-the-ground knowledge of Venezuela and a presence in Spain and the United States, strengthens how we support clients operating across Latin America and beyond. We are delighted to welcome them to our community and look forward to the expertise and perspective they will bring to the Alliance."
