Global Reach, Local Voice | Episode 10 with Lou Longo from Plante Moran
Episode 10 of Global Reach, Local Voice features Lou Longo, Partner at Plante Moran, who reflects on how Praxity has contributed to his firm’s growth and what sets the Alliance apart from others.
An engine for growth and opportunity
Lou explains that Praxity has been a key contributor to Plante Moran’s success, helping the firm grow alongside its clients as they expand internationally:
“Oh, it's been a it's been a key contributor to our firm's growth and success. It has allowed us to be able to serve clients as they've grown… Praxity has allowed us to be able to serve those needs. So our clients don't feel like they have to go somewhere else so they stay with our firm and we're able to continue to serve them… So that's just an engine. You know, it just keeps moving forward and creating more opportunity for us.”
With referrals leading to new clients and opportunities, the Alliance acts as a continuous driver of growth.
Why Praxity is different
Lou highlights that what makes Praxity unique is its focus on people and relationships rather than transactions:
“I know that I'm able to say, hey, this partner in this particular country that's also going to work on your engagement. I know them personally. I've shared clients with them. I've had meals with them. I know some things personally about them. Maybe I know their family. That does make a difference to prospects compared to other organisations where it comes across more as just looking up a name in a directory and some third party you don't even know.”
