Praxity has welcomed a new member firm McInerney Saunders in Ireland and a returning member firm Bansal & Co in India, extending the Alliance’s global reach.
Thriving in their respected countries, McInerney Saunders and Bansal & Co are well placed to provide technical and regional expertise in areas where Praxity has traditionally been less represented. In joining Praxity, each firm can tap into a wealth of expertise from existing member firms across the Alliance.
Here we present each business and we ask Partners to explain what it means to be part of the Alliance:
McInerney Saunders, Ireland
McInerney Saunders has been providing accountancy, taxation and business advice to a range of Irish and international companies for over three decades. The firm prides itself on building long and lasting relationships with its clients by offering not just traditional accountancy services, but also operating as a business mentor and coach across every aspect of client business.
Based in Dublin, McInerney Saunders provides a broad range of specialist services including audit and assurance, accountancy, advisory, recovery and insolvency, pension and financial services, and tax. Important sectors include hospitality, transport & logistics and professional services.
The firm takes corporate social responsibility seriously and was named SME Employer of the Year in the Fingal Dublin Chamber awards for its work in the local community and its support for Paralympics Ireland.

Bansal & Co, India
With 13 partners and 55 professionals, Bansal & Co LLP, brings considerable experience to Praxity in assurance, tax advisory, due diligence and M&A in one of the world’s fastest growing economies. The firm is based in New Delhi, with offices in Mumbai, Dehradun and Bhopal. It serves national and international clients including large listed companies in the banking, financial services and insurance sector as well as companies in manufacturing, telecoms, IT, infrastructure, FMCG.
Managing Partner Surinder Bansal, who is also founder and President of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) India Chapter, says: “Re-joining Praxity provides a great opportunity to be part of a global alliance of independent firms and share their knowledge, experience and practices to better serve clients.”
Bansal & Co conducts audits of US and Canada issuer companies as per PCAOB standards, Canadian auditing standards, US GAAP and IFRS. The team advises international companies looking to establish business in India as well as advising Indian companies on listing with NASDAQ through US companies.
The firm’s pedigree includes conducting BPO operations for US companies, including tax compliance, treasury and other transaction verification, as well as registration and compliance with Internal Revenue Services in the USA for Indian companies and high net worth individuals.
Both new member firms are expected to strengthen the technical and regional expertise within Praxity.
